FOND DU LAC, WI  — Aug. 31, 2026 — Fedco Electronics, Inc.,parent company of Fedco Batteries, has acquired Energy Access, Inc., convergingtwo organizations with complementary technologies, overlapping markets, and ashared approach to serving customers with engineered power solutions. The acquisition builds on an existingrelationship between the two companies and creates further opportunity to bring togethercapabilities across the portable power ecosystem.

Energy Access, located inIndianapolis, specializes in custom battery charging, battery management, powermanagement and related electronic solutions for OEM applications. FedcoElectronics brings deep expertise in battery systems and portable powersolutions.  The combination also expandsthe technical conversation available to customers.  Battery selection,charging, battery protection, communication and power management areincreasingly interconnected decisions. Bringing the capabilities of Fedco andEnergy Access together creates opportunities to address those challenges moreholistically.

Both companies have built theirbusinesses around relationships, collaboration, responsiveness and a commitmentto solving difficult customer problems. That shared foundation was asignificant factor in the decision to move forward together.

The acquisition is effective August 31, 2026.
